If successful at the screening stage you will be invited to attend first round interviews. The first round consists of two case based interviews with Project Leaders and Principals; however you should also expect questions related to your CV and achievements to date. Successful candidates will then be invited back to a second round interview, consisting of three case based interviews with Partners and/or Senior Principals.

Applicants for Project Leader and Principal level positions are open to those with previous strategy consulting experience. We accept applications all year round and once again would encourage you to complete our short online application form attaching your CV and cover letter. The interview process differs at this level and will be explained fully by our recruiting team if you are successful.
