We are seeking outstanding people to join us in London in 2012. Our selection process is rigorous; successful applicants will pass through a CV review, written tests and up to three rounds of interviews. We require an outstanding academic record (minimum AAB at A Level or equivalent and an actual or predicted First or 2:1 or equivalent), plus evidence of excellence in non-academic and extra-curricular activities.
