During your career at BCG, you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop along every step of the way. We have a carefully designed curriculum to ensure skills development keeps pace with tenure. Training is provided locally, regionally and globally by cohort, ranging from associate to partner, enabling you to deal with issues relevant to each stage of your career. In addition practice area groups provide training in the form of regional and global conferences on industry-specific topics. A range of half- or one-day training sessions is offered each month in the London office to ensure continuous development of your key skills. All of our consultants are required to attend at least one of these each month. In addition you will also attend week long courses in a European location designed to further enhance the opportunity to meet with your peers across Europe as well as building on your consulting skills. New joiners will find that the most intensive formal training occurs during their first year at BCG, beginning with an orientation in London and then followed by a week long regional training programme in Europe.
