Your Opportunity
Junior Consultants join BCG after a PhD, from industry or they are promoted from Associate.
Learning comes in all shapes and sizes, including a two week intensive orientation program for new joiners, ongoing monthly training, on-the-job apprenticeship, and a BCG mini-MBA.
During this phase of their career, many Junior Consultants choose to pursue a secondment for 6 to 9 months. After this period, some Junior Consultants may be sponsored to attend a world-leading business school. For those who are seeking international experience, we also offer an Associate Abroad Program through which associates and junior consultants have the opportunity to work in another BCG office for 9 to 12 months. Successful Junior Consultants may be promoted to Consultant.
Your Challenge
As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with case team members and with clients, drawing on their business knowledge to help drive analysis. As you acquire successful experience on projects and through secondments, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project workstreams, and may begin to manage junior team members and develop leadership skills.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project workstreams, building relationships with clients, collecting data, problem solving and communication of the findings to all levels of BCG and client management. Your workstreams will form a key part of the project deliverable and help the team deliver impact for our clients.
